The 73rd annual Golden Globes awards ceremony, on Sunday, marked the start of Hollywood’s 2016 award season! The Golden Globes was presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, and was hosted by Ricky Gervais this year.
The ceremony took place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
NigerianReporter spoke with Uzo Aduba of “Orange is the New Black” fame, Amy Landecker of “Transparent”, Gaby Hoffmann of “Transparent” and “Girls”, and Bryshere Y. Gray of FOX hit series “Empire” about Nigeria on the red carpet of the biggest award show and party in Hollywood.
These Hollywood stars made their best attempts at Naija accents, pidgin English and traditional greetings.
They were really good sports that made the transformation into Nigerians and admit it is not the easiest thing to imitate.
